Box Office Supervisor

Salary: £15,598 pro rata

Showroom Workstation is an integrated media arts complex operating a café/bar, conference and events facilities, four-screen digital cinema and creative industries managed workspace. They are currently seeking an experienced Box Office Supervisor to join their very busy and committed team.

As part of the role you will support the Box Office Manager in overseeing the smooth operation of the box office. This will include all aspects of customer relations concerning ticket sales and the effective operation and the sale of the Showroom membership and My Showroom loyalty schemes. The post will have a leading role in developing the connection to the customer base and involvement with the marketing operations to maintain and improve campaigns to that end. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing positive relationships with all customers on a daily basis.

The Box Office Supervisor will assist the Box Office Manager in leading and motivating the box office team to provide a high-quality service, meet key sales targets within the department and liaise with the wider operations department and beyond to ensure co-operation and consistently high customer service throughout the company. Experience of Vista ticketing systems, working in a busy public space and an understanding of access requirements are essential.
