Facilities at Screening Days

Registration

Registration was held from 8:45am each morning in the foyer area of the Showroom Cinema. Films started between 9:00am - 9:30am. This area was staffed by the ICO throughout the event. The ICO staff were able to offer advice on a range of topics including programming, distribution, marketing and publicity, funding applications, audience development, rights clearances, title sources, licensing issues, and technical screening formats.

Delegate Centre

Delegates had exclusive use of the Showroom Café where they could speak to representatives from the ICO, BFFS, BFI and Filmbank who all had stands in this area.

Drinks reception

There was a drinks reception on Saturday evening from 6.30pm for delegates to have the opportunity to meet and network with fellow exhibitors. This was kindly sponsored by Filmbank.
